At Boulies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Disassemble and Pack
Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components back into the original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees may apply depending on the return reason.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
